Mighty Moms began

in 2010 when several moms gathered to pray for their children, friends, teachers and mentors. As months passed, we noticed that children in our own community were at risk of hunger and needed our attention. So Mighty Moms started to ask,

What can we do? How can we help?

We watched first hand

God move in our boys' and girls' lives . . .  Praise the Lord!  Those Monday mornings were the highlight of our week. We enjoyed being with other mommas who poured their hearts out to our Father and allowed us to pray in accord with them for their requests. We laughed, we cried, we gave thanks, and we lifted our hands in praise to what HE was doing in our babies’ lives. We find it such a privilege to pray for others . . . strangers sometimes . . . kids we have never met . . . We NEED to pray for our own children, their friends, coaches, teachers, bus drivers, and schools every week.

Through the grace of God

Mighty Moms has grown larger than we ever could have imagined.  We are able to go into local neighborhoods and host bible studies in order to spread the Word of God to the children as well as their families.  Our wonderful local churches volunteer to come join us  for crafts, games, activities, fun and lots of LOVE!
