It is a time when we begin to identify individuals who have a desire to join the Church or to learn more about the Catholic faith. If you or someone you know might be interested, Inquiry Sessions are for you. "Inquiry" in the Catholic Church is sometimes compared to the first stages of exploring a new friendship. It is a time when we begin to identify individuals who have a desire to join the Church or to learn more about the Catholic faith. It is a time to meet others who may have hopes and histories similar to our own. Inquiry gatherings are informal discussions centered around the different topics of the Catholic faith, and questions and comments that arise within the group. There is no obligation to join the Church…just come and see. At the end of the 13 week Inquiry period, if you decide to continue on in RCIA, sessions will meet at 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays.
Who can attend Inquiry? Anyone who wants to learn more about God’s love and how it is expressed within the Catholic Church is invited to attend. These sessions are particularly appropriate for:

Bring your questions about the Christian faith and the Catholic Church and be willing to listen to what others have to say about their faith journey.
Sessions are 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. every Thursday beginning in August and continue until the Advent Season. A light supper is served from 6:30-7:00. Sometimes faith is likened to a journey where we don’t know the exact route. Inquiry is part of that journey and each individual journeys at his or her own pace. We trust that the Spirit will lead us and allow the journey to “take as long as it takes”.Our hope is that you come to understand and appreciate the Catholic faith more fully.
